Products Fine, Shipping and Customer Service were Lacking Jan 01, 2012 By Deborah R. Varner
We ordered 7 posters for my son's dorm room on Aug 10, 2011. Five were shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and as expected on Aug 22, 2011. We contacted customer service and they indicated that the other two posters were out of stock and would be sent as soon as the reprint was complete. One was sent in mid September. After repeated contact (approximately monthly), the 7th poster was sent in December. No communication was initiated by this company - they would respond after a few days if we sent an email. One time they actually said, "like I told you last time..." this was after no contact from them in over a month. They did refund our shipping on the two late posters which was a nice gesture. They also told us that they would refund us a bit more and asked us to remove our negative review.

If price is your only concern - this company is definitely competitive. If you want your product in a timely manner or if you want want courteous and timely communication, I would look elsewhere.

I got this for Christmas, it looks amazing on my door, the black and white colors should match anybody's room or any setting really, nice and glossy finish, really great resolution, overall a pretty sweet poster!
