These poster frames are in brand new condition and have never been hung, used or displayed. The frame itself is made of black plastic. The protective cover is made of anti-break PVC. To protect the cover from scratches a protective foil is placed on the cover which needs to be removed before using the frame.
These frames can NOT ship outside the lower 48 contiguous states. No international shipments. No shipments to PO Boxes, FPO's or APO's. Sorry.

It's a frame Jun 09, 2011
By Burnsy It goes around pictures. The one I purchased does this pretty darn well. I'd recommend it to anyone else who has a picture that needs a frame.
